Winter weather outside is perfect for cocooning. I love nothing more than to watch a Christmas movie, with a blanket and a hot cup of cocoa, preferably with little marshmallows ?
This hot, steaming cup should get you in the mood.
Yarn: I used ZEEMAN PROMO, #4 worsted weight, 100% acrylic (100g = 260m)
Hook(s): 5mm (G - 8).

If you need to substitute with an other yarn and are not sure what to look for here are some tips...
What you will look for between labels
Is the weight the same?
Are the fibers similar, such as Acrylic, wool, alpaca, nylon, etc.?
Is the gauge similar or close enough to make it work?
Are the recommended hook sizes the same?
Another piece of information you can look for is the number of wpi (wraps per inch). This information is not always available so me be more difficult to compare.

Ch- Chain
Sc- single crochet
BSC – This is the Border Single Crochet. You’ll make a SC in BOTH loops at the beginning and end of each row, the SC in the beginning is the place where you attach your color.
SC – except for the first row, ALL single crochet stitches need to be made in the BACK loop
DC – ALL double crochet stitches will be made in the FRONT loop of the row below (same color row as the color you’re working in)
18 st x 16 rows of overlay mosaic= 4X4” 10cm W- 8” H- 8”
The entire work is done with the front facing you, working from right to left
Always join your yarn at the beginning (with BSC) and cut at the end. Make sure your count is correct before cutting!
Color is mentioned at the beginning of each row, you will work 2 colors alternating.
No color changes needed in a row! One row = one color!
Instructions between ( ) will need to be repeated
If you’re following the chart
X – DC
All empty boxes are SC, regardless of color.
Start by chaining 36, in 2nd chain from hook, SC across (35 SC)
The start and end stitch (always SC) are NOT included in the chart!
